A practice rooted in traditional Ayurveda

Located in Sammamish, Ayurvedic Way serves clients throughout Seattle’s Eastside, including Bellevue, Redmond, Issaquah and Kirkland, with online consultations also available.

Ayurvedic Way offers consultations, Panchakarma, Ayurvedic bodywork, guided home cleanses and educational programs.

Our work is grounded in classical Ayurvedic principles while recognizing the realities of modern life. Rather than applying the same diet, herbs or routine to everyone, recommendations are developed according to the individual—their constitution, current state, digestion, strength, life stage, season and daily circumstances.

Some clients come to Ayurveda for prevention and greater understanding of their health, while others are looking for complementary support while living with ongoing or chronic health concerns.

What makes our practice different

Traditional foundations

Our work incorporates traditional Ayurvedic assessment methods, herbal formulations, Panchakarma, individualized diet and lifestyle guidance, and other classical practices when appropriate.

Individualized rather than standardized

Ayurveda is not approached as a fixed protocol. Two people with similar concerns may receive very different recommendations depending on their constitution, digestion, strength, current state and circumstances.

Guidance that evolves with you

Ayurveda often unfolds over time. Recommendations may change as digestion, energy, sleep, routines, seasons, life stage and circumstances change, rather than treating the first plan as permanent.

Practical for everyday life

Classical Ayurvedic principles are adapted to the realities of modern life. Recommendations are developed with your schedule, responsibilities, preferences and capacity in mind so they can be realistically incorporated into daily life.

Traditional practice, education and self-understanding

An important part of Ayurvedic Way is education. We want clients to understand the reasoning behind their recommendations and gradually become more aware of their own patterns, digestion, rhythms and changing needs.

Alongside individual consultations and traditional Ayurvedic practices & procedures, we offer courses, circles and other opportunities to learn and experience Ayurveda in a supportive setting.

The people behind Ayurvedic Way

Our practitioners bring together advanced Ayurvedic training, traditional mentorship and hands-on experience while working within their respective professional scopes.
