AYURVEDIC VAIDYA (AYURVEDIC SPECIALIST) AND YOGA COUNSELOR
Maryna Stasiuk
My Journey into Ayurveda
My path to Ayurveda was inspired by a deep desire to find holistic care for my own family and those closest to me. What began with homeopathy and energy healing (Reiki) evolved into a lifelong calling when I was introduced to the Vedas. I was completely smitten by the ancient wisdom found in the root texts and was blessed to study under the guidance of world-renowned experts, including
Dr. David Frawley (Vamadeva Shastri) and Vaidya Jayarajan Kodikannath
Philosophy and Clinical Focus
I believe that the traditional scholarship of Ayurveda and Yoga can radically transform our lives, facilitating a shift from states of disease back to vibrant health. My approach focuses on:
Addressing Root Causes: Rather than just managing symptoms, I work to identify the core imbalances in your unique constitution (Prakriti).
Managing Chronic Conditions: I specialize in helping health seekers (Rogis) navigate long-term wellness challenges using all traditional Ayurvedic tools, including specialized diet and lifestyle protocols.
Traditional Rejuvenation: I am passionate about the science of Rasayana and traditional Panchakarma as foundational tools for restoring the body’s natural intelligence.
Professional Expertise and Leadership
With over ten years of clinical experience as a Specialist at Ayurvedic Way, I also serve as a dedicated mentor and teacher for the Kerala Ayurveda Academy & Wellness Center. In this role, I guide students through the Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioner (AWP) program, review research papers, and help update course manuals to ensure this ancient wisdom remains accessible for modern practitioners. I also support Ayurvedic Students and Graduates by offering a private case study review.

WASHINGTON LICENCED MASSAGE THERAPIST, QIGONG PRACTITIONER (Level 1)
Deborah Weaver
My basic understanding of the integral body started when I met my soon-to-be mother-in-law. She taught me about homeopathy, body awareness, nutrition, balance, and organic gardening. I was forever changed by her wisdom which showed me an open door to healing and awareness.
Later on, I went to Massage School and received my license in Massage Therapy. I feel that giving and receiving a massage is a very special interaction of healing through touch and intuition. I continue my education every two years, which gives me more knowledge about our human bodies and the different ways to activate a healing process.
I took a course in Qigong and learned about amazing breathwork, food as medicine, listening, being still, and Energy that is everywhere and in everything! My world again opened up a new way to think, heal, and be healed. I was so drawn to this Qi/Energy that I got Certified to teach it.
I continue to educate myself in nutrition and detoxification. I’m always curious to learn about how our bodies fall into a dis “ease” and ways to naturally heal our imbalances.
I enjoy nature, its healing properties, its guidance and resilience, and its delicate balance and wisdom to connect and communicate. I believe that we walk a certain path that introduces us to opportunities for growth, friendships, education, enlightenment, and choice.
I was recently introduced to Ayurvedic massage and medicine. I’m intrigued by its healing and nourishing approach to the whole body. I greatly look forward to my journey in this ancient wisdom of health and healing.
