FAQs
Do you accept Insurance?
Unfortunately, at this time in the United States, Ayurveda is not considered mainstream or allopathic medicine, but alternative medicine. Therefore, insurance does not cover Ayurveda costs at this time.
*If you have a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account through your employer, you can use that account to pay for your Ayurveda appointments and products. Please check with your Human Resources department for further details on how to setup or use your HSA or FSA account at our Wellness Center.
Can I use Ayurvedic supplements along with the medicine I’m currently taking?
Some conditions cannot be left unattended. If you are under medical care it is important to continue following the prescription. Please make sure to list all the medicine you are currently taking to your Ayurvedic Practitioner. Your protocol would be designed accordingly.
What supplements are you selling?
Ayurvedic Way follows traditional Ayurveda. We use the formulas described in root texts. All formulas are delivered from natural sources: herbs, raising, animal products, etc. You will find on our shelves only well-known and trusted brands: Kottakkal, Kerala Ayurveda, and Athreaya Herbs. Most of the products are manufactured in India but follow USA high standards. For E.g. Kerala Ayurveda products comply with California Prop 65 requirements.
