Ayurvedic First Aid Kit
I was getting frequent questions about first aid kits from my clients. I have had my Ayurvedic First aid kit for a few years now and carry it with me during all trips. I thought it might be a great idea to share it, so my clients will have it available at home or during their travels. It seems especially important since we are approaching cold/flu season. Most supplements are safe to use if you read the indications carefully. But I highly encourage you to discuss the list with your Ayurvedic Practitioner or at least confirm before using any of them.
